Double room in a great flatshare

Hello, future flatmate!

We are Aitor and Jess, the two tenants looking for a third one to join our fantastic flat-share in the W14 area. We've been in this flat for 2 years now. Sadly our flatmate has decided to move out at the end of July, so we are now looking for a tidy, like-minded person to join us from August! Be aware, the first contract will only run until the end of September, that's why it's listed as 2 months max/min stay.

=== About the FLAT ===
The house is a three-bedroom maisonette with PRIVATE ROOF TERRACE, perfect for sunbathing or having dinner outdoors this coming summer.
The flat is arranged over the top two floors of a Victorian house. It is ideally located for London Overground and Central Line stations at Shepherds Bush. It benefits from the numerous amenities of both Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith at very close reach.

=== About the ROOM ===
Your room will be located on the first floor, overlooking the backyard. It has plenty of light and, as it doesn't face the main road, it is really quiet. The price is reflecting the fact that it is the smallest room in the house, however it is a great deal considering the area and the condition of the house itself!

=== About your FLATMATES ===
Both of us are young professionals. We usually work 9-5 during the week with some work from home days. We like to enjoy the free time after work, so you'll probably see us going to the gym or cooking.

I'm Aitor, a 28 y. o Spanish engineer who is very much into keeping healthy and training (running, cycling and gym mostly). Very organized and respectful guy, and really easy-going. My hobbies include a bit of gaming, cooking and watching F1, and of course, sharing food and drinks with housemates and friends!

Jess is a 25 years old Hungaro-British girl. She works as a psychologist, and loves socialising, exploring London and watching good movies!
