Double room in a great flatshare

Hello, future flatmate!

We are Aitor and Yannik, two friends looking for a third one to join our fantastic flat-share in the heart of Brook Green. We've lived in this flat for the last year. Our flatmate is going to move out at the end of June and we are now looking for a tidy, like-minded person to join us!

=== About the FLAT ===
The house is a three-bedroom maisonette with PRIVATE ROOF TERRACE, perfect for sunbathing or having dinner outdoors this coming summer.
The flat is arranged over the top two floors of a Victorian house. It is ideally located for London Overground and Central Line stations at Shepherds Bush. It benefits from the numerous amenities of both Brook Green and Hammersmith at very close reach.

=== About the ROOM ===
Your room will be located on the first floor, overlooking the backyard. It has plenty of light and, as it doesn't face the main road, it is really quiet. The price is reflecting the fact that it is the smallest room in the house, however it is a great deal considering the area and the condition of the house itself!

=== About your FLATMATES ===
Both of us work for a technology company based in London, very close to West Kensington station. This is why the location of the flat is ideal for us.

I'm Aitor, a 26 y. o Spanish engineer who is very much into keeping healthy and training (running, cycling and gym mostly). Very organized and respectful guy, and really easy-going. My hobbies include a bit of gaming, cooking and watching F1, and of course, sharing food and drinks with housemates and friends!

Yannik is 27 years old from Germany. Another engineer (big surprise!). He's a really nice guy who loves socialising, exploring new places, live music and hiking.
