This is a change of sharer in a current tenancy via letting agency, so please ensure that you can reach the affordability rate and can prove your right to rent, or you might fail references.
Utilities are not included, and we do split bills for the following: water, gas and electricity, council tax (band C) and broadband (super fast optic fibre). At the moment, this is around £150 each per month in total but please note that gas and electricity may vary (hopefully not, and we try not to be wasteful ☺️)
The flat is in a building that can only be accessed with a personal fob so it's very secure, and there are quite a few parks and gardens around the area. There are also a few schools so the neighbourhood is safe and well maintained.
This is a 2 bed flat with one bathroom to share only with me, an open plan living room and kitchen.
We have an oven, a new dishwasher and a washing machine, cleaning tools, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. I love cooking so I have a lot of extra appliances as well ☺️
We also have a TV and a balcony, and the bathroom has a bathtub if you like to take baths~
The room is quite big with a king size bed and a massive wardrobe with lots of space (built-in one, opposite the bed). The room, just like the rest of the house, is very bright and the flat stays very warm in winter.
There are many amenities close to the property - restaurants, pubs, shops and a Tesco Superstore within 10 minutes by walking. You can easily walk to Westfield.
The area is very well connected - you can reach Barons Court and Kensington Olympia within 10 minutes, and Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush within 15 minutes. Many common bus routes go through the area as well (9, 23, 27, 28, etc.).

I am looking for someone who is quiet, clean and tidy, and respectful of the space. This is very important, so if you cannot commit please do not apply.
