Available from early May, a lovely double room in a spacious clean and quiet 3 bedroom apartment. Private WC only, shared bathroom and kitchen. Room has a comfortable double bed, double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Super fast broadband. A large eat in kitchen overlooking the park with a small balcony. Bills included. Please note this will not suit people working from home as it doesn't have a desk in the room. Females preferred. Proof of income and references required.

This ad is for full-time stay, but I will also consider a Mon-Fri arrangement at a reduced rate.
