I’m moving out of my large room at the end of April and looking for a new tenant. It’s available from the 3rd May. The flat is a lower ground floor flat on a quiet road, minutes from Kensington Olympia (Overground, district line), and a 10 minute walk from both Barons Court (Piccadilly, District line) and Shepherd’s Bush (central line). It has a private garden/patio, shared bathroom and kitchen/living area.

The room has a king size bed, large double wardrobe, and ample room for a desk and bedside tables. The flat was unfurnished when we moved in, so can come unfurnished or discuss leaving required items.

The location has not only great transport links, but has 2 large supermarkets (both 10 minute walks away), close to Holland Park and the Hammersmith river. A smaller supermarket and selection of pubs/cafes are even closer.
