About me - I'm in my early thirties, professional and will be spending periods of time away with work. I enjoy travel and going out but like my time at home to be pretty chill. Ideally looking for someone tidy and considerate who will treat it like a home.
About the flat - it's a 1st floor flat in a Victorian terrace house on a quiet road (no through traffic) in Brook Green/Hammersmith. The flat is nice and light with high ceilings, recently renovated kitchen and lots of storage. The room is a furnished double and has lots of built in storage as well. It's well connected transport wise, only 5 minutes from Kensington Olympia overground and 10-15 minutes from Shepherd's Bush for the Central line and Hammersmith/Barons Court for the Piccadilly and District lines. It is a short walk to a big supermarket, Westfield Shepherd's Bush and High St Ken for shopping.
Share of the bills will be around £100 per month, which includes good internet.
