Lovely room with private garden and living room

Sadly I have to give up my room in this lovely flat due to some unforeseen commitments abroad. You would be taking over my lease which ends this July but can be extended until January, with an increase in rent.

I'm looking for a professional, quiet, nice and tidy girl in her 20s to late 30s to take over my space. References will be required.

The flat has a big living room and a decent sized kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer.

Your room comes with a spacious built-in wardrobe/storage, and you'd have your own large private garden, which you wouldn't be sharing!!

The location is great, Kensington Olympia station is a short 2 minute walk from the flat, as well as Shepherds Bush station (Central line) and Westfield Mall being a 10 minute walk away.
There are also plenty of cute shops and cafes/restaurants all nearby.

The flat is part-furnished, a mattress for the room can be provided. You can choose other furniture based on your personal preference and needs. The kitchen has basic essentials, and a sofa was added recently as well.
