It is located in a very calm and lovely residential area. There are many small shops, restaurants and cafés around. It is also close to Kensington High street and Holland Park. You will be in walking distance of 4 main stations: Kensington Olympia (5min), Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush and Barons Court (all ~15min walk).
I am a 27yo female working as an architectural designer. We keep the flat clean and tidy; and I personally love cooking and baking every now and then!
The flat and the room have a lot of storage space. The room itself is spacious, receives plenty of daylight and has a generous wardrobe and under bed storage.
The room comes with the bed frame and mattress. The desk will go away but there is an additional shelf unit that can be left there.
We have lovely landlords who are very responsive if we need anything about the flat.
Tenancy start is 1-2 May and the contract is until April 2026. Ideally looking for someone who would stay until then.
