Very conveniently located - only 10 minutes from Baron's Court, Hammersmith Broadway & Kensington Olympia stations and 15 minutes from Shepherd's Bush/Westfield London. There is also a big Tesco supermarket at the end of the road.

This room includes a double bed, triple wardrobe with full length mirror, and chest of drawers. There is also plenty of space for a desk/workspace too!

The flat has an open plan kitchen and living room, large shared bathroom with both a shower and bath, and a lengthy balcony at the front of the flat. The flat is fully furnished in the communal areas, including recently replaced white goods (inc dishwasher).

On road parking is available via permit from the council.
Rent is £750 a month, and bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, internet) come to around £80-90 per month per person. The deposit will be £746.50. References are required by the agents.
There are also 2 other double bedrooms available, so groups are welcome.

Available from 1st May 2025, no earlier, and is available until September 2025. The property is going on the market in September, so there is the possibility of extension depending on how long it takes to sell.

There is one girl living here now, who is easy-going, and friendly.
