Friendly flat share in Brook Green (W14)

We are 4 professionals sharing (currently 3 male/1 female) and our flatmate Tom is moving out to get married, so we are looking for someone new (male or female) to join our flat share. Our setup would suit a working professional.

THE ROOM

* The room has a balcony.

RENT & BILLS

The rent is currently £800 per month plus around £125 for bills (these will vary slightly taking into account any annual increases)

The current bills each month are approximately:
- Water (£25 each)
- Gas & electricity (£50 each)
- Broadband (£5 each)
- Council tax (£45 each) - Council Tax Band F

Each person in the house in responsible for paying a specific bill and the bills are shared equally.

LOCATION

We are located in the heart of Brook Green (W14) in a Victorian mansion block. The closest tube stations within walking distance are Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush, Baron’s Court and the Kensington (Olympia) overground.

We are within walking distance to Westfield White City, the shops on Kings Street and a short bus ride to Kensington High Street with easy access to plenty of shops and supermarkets including Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose and M&S. We are also 5 minutes away from the newly re-opened Olympia.

Green spaces close by are Brook Green, Holland Park and Shepherd’s Bush Green.

We are all independent but catch up when we see each other in the kitchen
