Room Available in Brook Green

Room available in a 2-bed Georgian townhouse located in Brook Green.

My current housemate will be moving out in the latter part of November (22nd) and I’m therefore looking for a new flatmate.

The flat is a high-ceiling space with lots of natural light located on the second floor.

It’s a 5 min walk from Kensington Olympia, a 12 min walk to Shepherd’s Bush, and 15 min walk to Hammersmith Stations.

There are really nice walks to HS Ken./Holland Park and the river via Hammersmith.

I’m a 27(m) professional working in The City. Normally, I’m in the office 5 days a week with the occasional wfh on Friday. I’m looking for someone in a similar position to me, so please let me know a bit about you and what you do, as well as your wfh days.

I’m into the guitar, gym, swimming and reading and on the more lowkey side as a flatmate. When I’m not doing the above or visiting family/girlfriend I tend to relax in the flat.

Unfortunately the bed in the photos is not included as my housemate will be taking that with them, however everything else is furnished. They’re kindly leaving their wardrobe - which is a bonus!
