Bright double bedroom in West London

Hello!

I am moving back to Australia in December, and I am looking for someone to take over my double bedroom in my current flat. You will be sharing the flat with my lovely Spanish housemate, Vicky, who has lived in the flat for 4 years.

The room itself is bright and spacious, with a built-in double wardrobe. The room comes with a double bed and a small side table. I have a desk/chair and set of drawers in the room, which I'd be happy to leave for the next housemate if that's what they'd like.

The flat is a period building featuring high ceilings, big windows with lots of direct sunlight during the day. The flat has a large living area with TV, and dining area. There's a separate, fully equipped kitchen, and a shared bathroom. Bills are split, and are around £180 per person, per month (water, gas, electricity, council tax - band E and internet).

The official move in date is 3rd January, however there is some flexibility from mid-December.

The flat is located on Sinclair Road. A super convenient area with lots of shops, pubs and cafes around. Westfield London, Hammersmith and Notting Hill are within 20 minutes walking distance. There's brilliant transport links with Shepherds Bush (tube and overground), and Kensington Olympia Station.
