Sublet in W14

I’m subletting my room in our beautiful little apartment in Brook Green from January 15th until around the end of April or early May.

This apartment is where I truly found my London life, so I’m really looking for the perfect fit to take it on while I’m away.

You’ll be sharing with Sarah, a 27 year old Australian. We’re two Australians in our 20s who turned this small space into a real home. It’s cosy, calm, and full of warmth, and I’m genuinely so sad to be leaving it.

Sarah works from home some of the time, so the room isn’t designed for full time WFH. Someone who works mainly from the office would be ideal.

The flat is in a gorgeous, quiet part of Brook Green and perfectly located. Kensington Olympia is a 4 minute walk, Shepherd’s Bush is around a 10 to 12 minute walk, and Barons Court is around a 12 to 15 minute walk.

We have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight. Bills are not included and pets would be difficult.
