Viewings available in the evenings or weekends.

All bills included in the rent including fibre optic broadband, council tax and all household utilities. Available for use is a washing machine and tumble dryer and fully equipped kitchen including a double oven and extractor fan. The property has a separate bathroom and toilet which are always kept clean and tidy.

The flat is conveniently located within Zone 2 with excellent transportation links to Central London and other areas around London. 5 minutes walk away from Caledonian Underground station (Piccadilly Line) which is one stop after King’s Cross St Pancras international station and a 8mins walk to Caledonian and Barnsbury Overground station. Bus routes immediately located outside the flats also.

There is a gym across the road from the flat (The Gym Group) and also a leisure centre 10min walk which has a swimming pool as well as a gym. There is also a tennis court 7 minutes walk from flat which is linked to the leisure centre. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Costa, Starbucks and many other shops are all located within a 5 minute walk.

The flat is situated within a controlled parking zone and unfortunately I am unable to provide an annual permit. The flat may therefore be more suited to a lodger who does not require regular parking. On weekends parking is more widely available.

I am looking for a lodger (single occupancy) who is considerate, clean, tidy and respectful as I am. I take the cleanliness of my home seriously and I am looking for someone who also shares this outlook.

About Me:

I am a mature 32 year old man who works in a corporate managerial role in Central London. I enjoy going out for meals as well as cooking, maintaining my fitness at the gym and chilling out. I am a non smoker and would prefer the person to also be a non smoker.
