Going by the photos first. House is bought out of auction completely stripped. So the first photo is what the house looked like with it decorated. The second photo is what it looks like stripped. But its halfway between the two now, the white and grey bones remain, but nothing else remains. So, anyway, its a project and will end up like the last two photos or so, Think Faye TooGood and Oliver Gustav. Anyway, onto the actual house beyond the photos:
The house has been bought out of auction and is essentially going to be slowly populated as an interior design project over the next few weeks or so as per the last two photos.
Rooms are all huge and ensuite. The house itself... its 4,500 sqft. I think a typical warehouse is around 1,500 sqft with 3 or 4 bedrooms. This is truly enormous.
master 1500 is enormous, a studio in and of itself, I think its got to be approaching somewhere not too far off 1,000 sqft in itself. Maybe a bit less. It has two sinks like a hotel.. big huge shower, big huge bath, toilet and tonnnnnes of storage in the room. The bed in there is so comfy and luxurious its a huge tempur mattress. Can be removed if preferred. There is a fireplace and some cool artwork and designer furniture. (Two faye toogood chairs and some other things, I can move a lot of the furniture out if you don't like it)
1200 room is a great size, nice big window, warehouse exposed interior and then some space outside your room with a nice skylight leads to your huge bathroom. Potentially the nicest one in the warehouse. Big skylight in there too, huge bath, enormous shower, couples sinks and the rest of it!
It is without much stuff at the moment but thats changing every day, it's starting to look really beautiful and move away from the frankly horrible garish style of the previous owner. The bare bones are just incredible.. the industrial staircase and atrium at the top...

There is a parking spot and functioning garage. There is an outdoor terrace that is quite large. Enough to fit a bbq and 8 pax table.
By the way, You can do what you like with your room, or we can decorate it. You can bring a bed, or we can provide it. But aside from potential bed and painting rooms are unfurnished.
There will be many, many plants.

All the rooms are up for rent from March when I leave to move further away for a new job. Currently one couple and one girl, all yet to move in, but moving in later in January.
I would consider one more couple but will cap it at two couples out of five bedrooms so the most it can be is 7 people in the house.
