Gorgeous double bedroom with a modern en-suite bathroom available in a spacious, bright, homely flat in zone 2. The bedroom has lots of natural light and its own small balcony. The room is furnished with a double bed.

the south facing balcony is a real perk (sunny all day in summer!)

The location is fantastic - Caledonian Road tube station is 3 minutes walk away, Caledonian Road and Barnsbury overground station is 8 minutes walk away, and Kings Cross is 20 minutes away. Angel and Camden are also in walking distance. There are four local super markets a few minutes away, as well as gyms, tennis courts, and other local amenities very close. Despite how well connected it is, the flat faces away from the main road, so it is quiet and feels peaceful.

There is a 24 concierge service (the flat feels very safe), and lift access.

I am a 31 year old friendly and pretty easy-going secondary school English teacher. I’m loyal and very considerate. Sociable, I’m out and about a fair bit on weekends and some weekday evenings, but I enjoy cosy evenings at home too. I would really like to become good friends with my flatmate, and always have done in the past. It would be great if we could cook together a couple of times of week or watch a series together when we’re both around, and I enjoy spending evenings chatting (with a good bottle of wine!) However, I also really appreciate my own space, particularly and would totally respect yours too.

I would love the flat to continue being a joint home, and for us to both contribute to keeping it clean and cosy.

Bills are approx £150 a month (for council tax, electric, water, heating and internet).
