Bright Double Bedroom Suitable For Couples

We are looking for a new flatmate(s) to move into the large double room in our flat on Caledonian Road.

The flat:
The flat is in a well connected location, with both Caledonian Road & Holloway Road stations being only an 8 min walk away and King Cross just one stop on the Piccadilly Line.

The kitchen has lots of cupboard space and looks out onto our lovely shared garden at the back.
There’s one bathroom and no living room, however the bedroom is large and does have space for a living room set up.

Being just around the corner from Holloway Road, we have access to many supermarkets, Waitrose, Morrisons, Iceland & Lidl and there are also wonderful restaurants, pubs & coffee shops in the area.

Who we are:
Myself (Alex) & Nic are a couple who share the other room in the house. We both work from home, I work for a food brand and Nic works in travel. We’re both very sociable people and love seeing our friends or having a drink with our flatmates but with both of our jobs being super busy we also enjoy our downtime and see the flat as a space to enjoy this.

We like spending our weekends being active, going on runs, and exploring London. Nic & I both love music & film & we’re also both massive foodies and are always cooking up something tasty in the kitchen.

We’d love for our new flatmates to share our values in respecting each other’s space, keeping the flat a clean and tidy place to live as well as being sociable and fun.

The room:

The room is a double room and has large double glazed windows which keeps the room bright and warm in the winter. It comes with the bed, sofa and plenty of wardrobe space to store your things. There is space for a desk if you would be looking to work from home. It is also at the back of the flat so there is minimal noise coming in.

The room is open to singles or couples but typically it is couples who have lived in the flat.

The rent for a couple is £350pw excluding bills or £1,516.67 per calendar month excluding bills. Deposit is £1,597 (= one month rent £1,516.67+1 month council tax currently £80.02 for the room). Other bills amount to approx £140.
