Hi people!
We are two friends and we are looking for a third flatmate to share and enjoy our amazing flat!
Just for dog lovers!
The location is
• 30 seconds walk to Caledonian Road (Piccadilly Line) and also benefits from great bus routes including night buses 24/7
• 10 minutes walk to the Regent Canal, which is perfect to enjoy some time outside and have a nice walk or run.
• Lots of good local amenities within a 5 min walk incl. Tesco Express, Coop, restaurants, Sainsbury, pubs, off-license, etc..
• 2 minutes walk to Caledonian Park
• Situated in a quiet area
The room comes with a storage cupboard, a desk, and a single bed.
The flat is located on the ground floor with access to a lovely private garden (where you can enjoy reading or playing with dogs or having a barbecue), a kitchen (where the is a huge fridge and a dishwasher), three rooms fully furnished, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Both the area and the building are very quiet, and if you want a crazy life (when it will be possible) you can go to the Centre in 5 minutes on the Piccadilly Line.
The flat is quite big and we have a dog (Tesla) that lives on the ground floor, so we would like someone who likes dogs. You are more than welcome to use all the stuff in the kitchen, including the dog, but please use it with respect!
Just to tell you a little bit about us, We are very easy going and we like cooking for our flatmates from time to time. We don't expect anything specific for a potential flatmate but to be clean and nice. 😊
We are friendly, always up for a chat over a cup of tea, coffee, wine, or dinner.
We'd love to live with someone who's up for sharing some great times, we don't want someone who wants just to share the rent and is a polite stranger. We are looking for a clean, tidy, and respectful housemate.
We have a weekly rota for cleaning.
We are quite flexible about the date to move in because we want to find the right match.
NO AGENCY & FEES
Monthly bills amount to 100£-130£
Tenancy starts at 12th of July 2024.
