In my spare time I like running, tennis, HIIT, skiing, martial arts, etc. and to occasionally go out with friends or to have them over for a meal or barbeque. We are not rowdy people & I don’t drink much. I keep a low-key social life & enjoy the apartment’s relatively calm setting.
ABOUT YOU:
I’m looking for a lodger who is reliable, open and considerate. You should be:
- Tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and correctly use the appliances
- Happy to communicate any guests staying over (occasional partner visits welcome)
- Free from frequent parties, illicit drug use, or casual hookups in the flat
- Responsible for any guests’ behaviour in the flat and around the estate
I’d also appreciate someone who is somewhat sociable, instead of feeling like I’m living with a ghost that never leaves their room.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
My current flatmate moves out at the end of August. I may also be relocating abroad in October/November, so need someone flexible on a short-term basis (with the option to extend). I aim to respond to enquires within five business days.
