Flat/House with garden 10 min from center

Hello guys I am looking for someone to rent option 1: one big double room with garden for your own use 1800-2000£ (additional charge for couple) or option option 2: one smaller double room for 1300 £ (you only share the flat with me) option 3: Full flat 3000£ garden, BBQ, desk, projector to watch Netflix or movies from your computer or tablet. The flat itself is 5-10 min walk from the station which is 10 min away from leicester square/covent garden. (Very central) but also 1 stop from king’s cross where most of the lines are available.
