Our current flatmates are moving out and we are looking for someone to replace them as we would like to stay in this amazing flat.

Your move-in date would be from 8th Jan 2025, 6 month lease. Option to extend after.

The 2 bedroom apartment is quite new (building was built less than 5 years ago) and composed of:
- 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom (The one we are currently occupying )
- 1 bedroom with another bathroom (The one available)
- A large living / dining room with a kitchen (including a washing machine and dishwasher)
- Fully furnished
- A large balcony
- Lots of storage space
- A place to store your bike on the ground floor

The room is at £1,650 per month plus charges (currently £200 per room for water, electricity, council tax, gas and internet etc).

Couples are welcome for the same price!!

The apartment is in a quiet area (view on a private park so barely any noise) and secured with a 24h concierge.
We also have a Gym Group downstairs from the flat with a discount for building residents.

This is an ideal location near central London without the noise, you are:
- 2 min walk from Caledonian Road station (Piccadilly line), one stop from King's Cross
- 6 min walk to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury railway station (overground) to go to East and West London
- Close to several buses to go to Central London, Angel, ...
- Within 15-20min walking distance to Kings Cross, Camden and Highbury and Islington areas

Loads of shops nearby:
Sainsbury's, Tesco, Nisa and Co-op as well as a Starbucks and several pubs including a Wetherspoons.

Large Iceland, Waitrose, Morrisons and Lidl within 15 minutes walk.
