Hey All!
I am leaving the nest, so we have a double room for rent available from July 1st to renew the contract with Ashley (current tenant). There is also a second room available at current. We’ll be hosting viewings on Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd of May to get this sorted ASAP with the contract renewal.
It’s in a fairly newly refurbished three double bedroom property within a short walk of both Caledonian Road (2 mins) and Highbury and Islington (13 mins) stations.
This is a most importantly a LGBTQ+ and friendly (and participating) household.
The property comprises of three double bedrooms, separate kitchen diner, reception room, a luxury bathroom and separate additional toilet downstairs. It’s spread over two floors. The massive room has a small balcony and is available unfurnished but has a built in cupboard.
Your room: Substantial Double Room, neutral decor. Room is £1000 (divided based on room size). This is not inclusive of bills which come to around £100/120 inclusive of council tax, gas, electric, water and wifi)
Accessibility: Lift to floor of flat entrance but there are stairs internally to rooms.
Tenancy details: The existing landlord agency has stated “all applicants will need to be referenced and pass referencing without the use of a guarantor, we will be doing this alongside the renewal so any new tenant will need to be working and be able to pass referencing on their own to make the entire process as streamlined as possible”.
Benefits/Students: Unfortunately these are not accepted.
About us:
You’ll be sharing with Ashley and one new housemate. Ashley works in television/ film/theatre production and writes. It’s not a particularly social household due to barely being there with work.
Simply looking to live with someone with respect, who’s friendly and tidy. Simple as that.
Details regarding the deposit will be confirmed once the letting agent and Landlord has confirmed the exact cost but please expect at least a month up front and month deposit.
