Just secured this beautiful 2b2b flat and looking for a female professional flatmate!

Your Room:
It is a spacious double bedroom with with built-in wardrobe. The blinds are closed in the picture, but the room is facing the courtyard garden, which provides a peaceful green view. You can make space for a desk if you'd like.
You will have the SOLE USE of the main bathroom (with bathtub!) - please refer to the layout plan.

The Flat:
It is a 2b2b flat in a modern apartment building. The common space includes a spacious & bright living room, open plan kitchen, and storage cupboard. The apartment has lifts, concierge, and a free resident gym. There is a courtyard garden and bike storage space.

* The flat is furnished with the basics - beds, sofa, dining table, etc. Other furniture shown in the pictures belongs to the previous tenants so they won't stay.

Location:
The flat is located in Islington, which is central and nice.
4min walk to Caledonian Road station (Piccadilly Line)
9min walk to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury station (Overground)
Local bus is also very convenient - there is a bus stop just downstairs.
Sainsbury's Local and Tesco Express a couple of min walk away, and there is a big Waitrose 15 min by bus.
Kings Cross and Caledonia Park are both within walking distance.

Move in date:
The contract starts 22nd July. There is no negotiation space sorry.

Rent & bills:
The whole flat is 2600pm. We split equally so your share is 1300pm.
Bills are not included.

About me:
I'm a 27-year-old interior designer working full time. I go to the office most days.
I enjoy a freindly & chill vibe at home where we share chats and laughs but also respect each other's personal space. I'm interested in art, exhibitions, food, cooking, movies, gym... Would be lovely if we could grab a drink and hang out together from time to time! :)

Clean & tidy is essential to me. To make sure we are on the same page I would like to discuss some basic house rules for cleaning and maintenance. I have a floor cleaning robot which I'm happy to share.

Work is busy and everyone has their own things going on, so I hope home is a chill & relaxing space for us. It's nice to have friends over occasionally but this can't be a party house.
