About the flat: The flat is set across 2 floors with a large, spacious bathroom, living room and separate kitchen. We’re on the 3rd floor of the building with no lift unfortunately - sorry!
We’re about five mins walk from Caledonian Road and Holloway Road station, and about ten mins from Highbury and Islington, with loads of lovely pubs, parks and places to eat nearby.
About us: I’ve been living in the flat for 3.5 years with two housemates who have recently moved out. The second room has been filled with a lovely gal I met while travelling Central America earlier this year.
We’re both young professionals splitting our time between WFH and the office. As we work 9-5pm we like to keep things chilled in the week but at weekends enjoy doing all the usual London-y things - yoga, gym, wine, dinner parties, pub etc.
We’re looking for someone of a similar age/working pattern to create a chilled and friendly home vibe. Being clean, tidy and respectful to the space and other housemates is super important, ofc :)
iRent is £1050 per month, excluding bills (usually bills come to £130 per person, per month). Deposit of one month’s rent required. The room is available from 17th August, drop us a message if you’re keen and we can arrange a time for you to come and view the place.
