Double room in beautiful flat / Caledonian Road

We have a spare room available in our beautiful top floor flat in North London, Caledonian Road!

The room is small but perfectly formed, and gets loads of light throughout the day. It comes fully furnished and has plenty of built in wardrobe space. The vintage bureau also folds down to double up as a desk (but you might find it too small if you WFH every day).

The flat is a 5-minute walk from Caledonian Road tube station (1 stop from King’s Cross), a 10-minute walk from the overground and has great bus links. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to Camden and 30 minutes to walk to Hampstead Heath.
The flat has a lot of character with a bright open plan kitchen (comes with a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine!) and living room. The huge windows mean it gets loads of light and the lilac cupboards make it feel like Monica & Rachel’s flat from Friends. It has 4 rooms in total and 1 bathroom, which is really nicely fitted.

You would be living with Polly (27 from near London, works as a fashion designer, loves running & hitting up the occasional wine bar or gallery), Megan (30 from Stoke, works in UX, loves being outdoors, playing tennis and going for a run) and Dennae (26 from Australia, works in law/ethics, plays netball and tag rugby, loves cooking, hiking, and getting out and about to explore).

We’re a chill & sociable bunch who enjoy sharing a glass of wine in the evening and love going for a picnic in Cally Park after work when it’s sunny! We’re looking for a professional in their mid twenties - early thirties to join our lovely home.

No couples (sorry!), girl preferred.
