Double bed w/walk-in, in amazing flat with garden

Hello! We’re looking for a third person to join our house by Caledonian Road station as our housemate has recently bought! We’re hoping you can join us from mid-August. We’re looking for someone that is up to socialise and be a friend, not just a flatmate.

The room is a large double with a huge walk in closet with tons of storage and space for a desk. It also has double doors that lead out to the garden. It comes furnished with a bed and chest of drawers.

This is a 3-bedroom flat on the lower ground floor. We have a large living room, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and a good-sized garden. We’re a 4-minute walk from Caledonian Road Station and a 15-minute walk from Caledonian Road & Barnsbury Overground. There are loads of shops and restaurants around as well!

You’ll be living with two people in their mid-twenties. Sarah works in children’s publishing and Vanessa works in consulting We both work regular hours with a mix of WFH and working in the office. We’re a social flat who enjoy watching Netflix, climbing, going to the pub, and seeing theatre together.

The rent is £900 a month with bills coming to around an additional £125 a month.

In terms of move in, we'll have an exact date in a week or so.

Juts so you know, we're also going to move out separately in a month or 2 as we're going to move in with the housemate who's moving out.
