I am looking for a replacement tenant (single occupancy) who is clean and respectful to move into this lovely double room as I am moving in with my partner. The flat is located about an 8 min walk to Caledonian tube stop (Piccadilly line) which gets you to King's Cross in under 10 mins.

The flat is in a peaceful area with plenty of public transport links and shops. Holloway road high street is a 15 min walk. The double bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, desk, office chair, cupboard and chest of drawers. You are free to bring your own furniture and the landlord is quite flexible in terms of decorating the room.

Flatmates are easy going professionals and there is a weekly cleaning rota. All bills are taken into account in the rent including council tax and WiFi.
