Hello! I’m Vanessa, a 26 y/o in consulting and energy, and I’m looking to fill two rooms in this gorgeous flat by Caledonian Road station! I’m looking for fellow young professionals in their mid and late twenties, who are up to socialise and be genuine friends 😊

⚡️ We’ve kept a social, clean, but chilled atmosphere to the flat and enjoy watching Netflix in the evenings, climbing, going to the pub, and seeing comedy together. We have a good relationship with the letting agents who are really helpful, and this is not a smoking/vaping flat.

🌟 THE ROOMS

1# A bright double room with a walk in wardrobe and separate study space, super light space with tons of storage! The rent is £925 per month.

#2 The 2nd room is a medium sized double room that comes with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room can fit a small desk if needed. It also has double doors that lead out to the garden. Rent for the smaller room is £850 and is available 2nd October.

Bills avg to about £130 per month

🍃 This is a 3-bedroom flat on the lower ground floor, with a bathroom shared between the two rooms advertised! We have a large living room (great for hosting a dinner party!), a separate kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and a good-sized garden with bbq.

We’re a 4-minute walk from Caledonian Road Station, a 12-minute walk from Caledonian Road & Barnsbury Overground and 10 mins on bike from Angel! There are loads of shops and restaurants around as well.
