Description
Hi All,
Our lease expires on December 21st (yes isn't the best time of year) and one of us are moving out after 18months.. 😕
The remaining 3 of us are looking to renew the lease for either a 12/18 month period.
1 master bedroom, 2 dbl bedroom, 1 single, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen with dining area, Living room and backyard.
The spare room is master bedroom with a full en-suite on the top 3rd floor by its own. It is a decent size; more or less fully furnished with double bed, desk and double 4 drawer chest and what is more or less a walk in wardrobe on the other side of the bathroom wall.
Were located in a housing block in-between Caledonian Park and Camden road. Tbh we were all at first apprehensive about living in the block but we've had absolutely no issues and are all really happy here and feel safe. On either side of our free standing house block there are family's, small communal squares and Mon-Fri its pretty quiet and low key.
We have a decent living room which backs on to the courtyard that we all love to chill in weather permitting. Close by is a 24/7 Nisa, cute local bakery (Bread by Bike) and delish Italian deli (Salvinos). 5 minutes walk from Caledonian Rd Tube (Picadilly).
We've all been living in London for 5+ years; I'm originally from New Zealand, and the other 2 girls (sisters) are originally from Paris.
I work for a hotel group so am out of the house 5 evenings a week. One of the girls is in Food tech and WFH 2/3 days a week; the other is a Jeweler. Relatively social flat - we all enjoy the occasional chill weekend in, flat bbq or occasional night out pre-drinks etc but at the same time all have our own stuff going on. We have a cat Grey, she's a bit of a snob and wont bother you unless she wants something.
Rent is 1,600pm excl bills. The bills are split evenly and each is under a tenant's name, yours would be council tax; if it were a couple maybe we would ask one of you to take the internet as well just so its one a piece.
Landlord is an absolute gent'; we've met him only once but he does everything by the book, calls out tradesman anytime there's any issues and hasn't given us any funny business in 18 months.
We'll take applicants for perhaps 2 weeks or so; make a short list and then invite those in for a viewing and meet -aiming to resign around the end of the month.
Please send us a message telling us about yourself/yourselves! and feel free to shoot us some questions should you have any,
Cheers,
