Hello! We’re Vanessa and Aileen, both 26 y/o in consulting and ESG, and we’re looking to fill a room in this gorgeous flat by Caledonian Road station! We’re looking for a fellow young professional in their mid and late twenties, who’s up to socialise and be genuine friends, adding to the cosy flat vibes 😊

⚡️ We’ve kept a social, clean, but chilled atmosphere to the flat and enjoy watching Netflix in the evenings, climbing, going to the pub, and seeing comedy together. We have a good relationship with the letting agents who are really helpful, and this is not a smoking/vaping flat.

🌟 THE ROOM

The room is a medium sized double room that comes with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room can fit a small desk if needed. It also has double doors that lead out to the garden. Rent is £850 and is available 2nd November.

Bills avg to about £130 per month

🍃 This is a 3-bedroom flat on the lower ground floor, with a bathroom shared between Aileen and the room advertised! We have a large living room (great for hosting a dinner party!), a separate kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and a good-sized garden with bbq.

We’re a 4-minute walk from Caledonian Road Station, a 12-minute walk from Caledonian Road & Barnsbury Overground and 10 mins on bike from Angel! There are loads of shops and restaurants around as well.
