Room in Lovely Islington Houseshare (Early Jan)

Large double room available in a 4 bed maisonette flat over two floors, with a private garden and three lovely female flatmates.

Our closest tube station is Caledonian Road about a 10 mins walk away, Kings cross St Pancras is a 25 min walk, and local buses go all the way to London Bridge, Euston and Victoria to name a few.

I’m moving to a new place in London in the new year so this is 6 month sublet. We have lived here since July 17th 2023 so the two year tenancy agreement (one for all four of us) ends on the July 17th 2025 when the other three girls (Issy, Sophie & Georgia) will be moving to new properties too.

No deposit is required and rent is paid on the 17th of each month, though it will be possible to move in as early as January 6th 2025 if needed.

The room includes the double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, smaller chest of drawers and desk, including ethernet cable, suitable for working from home (I did most of the time).

The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom, downstairs WC, living room and a gated garden which is secure for storing bikes. The kitchen includes all appliances including oven, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and air fryer.

Bills (council tax, water, gas/electric, TV license) are not included in the monthly rent price and have costed £80-£110 per person per month for the last year and a half.

We’re looking for another female in her twenties to join the homely atmosphere as we’re used to socialising as a group and enjoy having friends over for dinner or for drinks.
