THE ROOM
A cozy double with in-room closet and full ensuite with a shower stall. Included: bed, 3-drawer beside dresser, 5-drawer dresser. Optional (to buy): office chair, electromechanical adjustable standing desk.

THE HOUSE
The house is a 4-bed townhouse in a pretty quiet area just off Caledonian Road. It’s spread across 3 floors with a big kitchen and separate living room, a downstairs shared toilet, a kitchen and a garden all on the ground floor. There is also a full shared bathroom on the 2nd floor, and some extra storage space in the common areas.

THE AREA
The house is just off Caledonian road in Islington. Transport links are great with the overground less than a 5 minute walk away and the Piccadilly line less than a.10 minute walk away. There’s a co-op, Sainsbury’s and Tesco all within walking distance, as well as other food/takeaway places. Overall, a well-connected and lively area.

THE HOUSEMATES
There are currently 3 full-time working female housemates: Nicole, Sara, and Holly. The vibe in the house is very chill, everyone does their own thing as busy Londoners but we might have a meal every now and then when we’re not as busy. We also like doing a BBQ in the garden when the weather is nice in the summer! We’re looking for someone clean and respectful.

THE ADMIN STUFF
Monthly rent is £700 a month, with council tax included (yes this is real, I know this is an absolute steal and absurdly cheap for the location). The rest of the bills are around 15-30 £ per person or less per month, since we rent out the parking space in the house to help pay these bills. The room will be a sublet until the end of January, and then a new contract can be worked out with the landlord. Move-in (and start of payment) is from Dec 22 (so approximately £200 pro-rated for the end of December)
