Prime location (Zone 2). Caledonian Road tube stop 5-10 minutes walk away (Piccadilly Line). Camden, Kings Cross, Finsbury Park and Highbury & Islington all 15-20 minute bus ride away. Also Caledonian Park within a 5 minute walk.

I am currently moving out mid-January to move in with my partner, so looking for someone to takeover my tenancy. Current tenancy ending end of March, with option to renew then. My flatmates include two males, a chef and a marketing manager for a music studio. Both sociable and friendly people, very clean and respectful flatmates. Looking for a friendly & respectful person to take over for the remaining 10 weeks (and potentially longer depending on if you want to renew).
