Beautiful room in Victorian maisonette

En-suite room with lovely garden views on a quiet residential street, conveniently located just off Holloway Road. It’s close enough to access everything you could need but far enough away to avoid traffic and noise.

It’s bittersweet to be moving out, as I’m heading to Stoke Newington to live with two friends. My current flatmates, Jen and Adam, are absolutely fantastic - both are young professionals (one in tech and the other in hospitality, both account managers). We all have busy schedules and often feel like passing ships, but when we’re together, we enjoy catching up, having a chat, and watching TV.

The flat is in a great spot, perfectly situated between Tufnell Park, Holloway Road, and Caledonian Road station. There are also plenty of buses from Chambers Road, just around the corner, that can take you to Islington and beyond.

Jen and Adam are ideally looking for a like-minded young professional—someone tidy, sociable, who enjoys a drink and a laugh, and preferably works from the office most of the time (around 90%).

The room includes a white IKEA chest of drawers, a matching white bedside table, and a built-in wardrobe. I’m also looking to sell the bed if anyone is interested—it has a storage drawer underneath, though the drawer is broken, and the door has come off. However, it’s still usable for storage and easily fixable; I just haven’t had the chance to sort it out!
