En-suite double room - 10 min from King's Cross

We have a room available in our flat since our flatmate is moving out on the 10th of May. It is a spacious double room (about 250 sq. ft.) on the top floor of the flat, with an en-suite bathroom adjacent to it.



It is located right in front of the Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground station (1 min walk), which means direct access to both West and East London in about 20-30 minutes each. The Caledonian Road underground station is just a 5 min walk up the road, so Central London is just as easy to reach. There is a bus stop right next to the flat, that will take you to Camden via the 274 or pretty much anywhere you need to go via the 17/19/91 lines.



I’m French and my flatmate is from York, we both work in the same guitar shop in Central London so that is where we will be most of the time. We are quite tidy and we like to live in a clean space. We are big music people so if you're a musician or work in the industry you probably are the perfect match!
