Bright and spacious double room in Caledonian Rd

Hey,

I'm looking for a lovely girl to replace me as I'm moving closer to work! The room is free now so you could move asap if needed. I'm looking for someone who could take over in June, although this could be negotiated. We would love someone near our 22-28 age range and professional please.

Flat: super well located 3-bedroom with a massive living room, very bright with sun on all sides, fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, one full bathroom, a spare toilet and a storage room. 5-10 mins walk to Caledonian Road Station, 20 mins walk to King's Cross, 20 mins walk to Camden Town, 20 mins walk to Kentish Town, bus stops just outside the building, shops, gyms and restaurants a few minutes away. Caledonian Park just nextdoor

Rent and bills: rent £887, bills around £100 each per month all included

Room: double, very spacious, super bright, furnished with double bed, two chests of drawers, desk, chair, wardrobe, bedside table. I currently have two desks set up in the room and at some point also had a piano keyboard at the same time, to give you a better idea of how spacious it is. The desk near the window will move out with me but the one near the bed will stay, so you'll have even more space. You'll be free to move the furniture around as you like. There's also space under the bed for storage, and the flat has a storage room

Flatmates: Raphaëlle (26) and Nuvude (22), two sweethearts who are very friendly, sociable and considerate, into crafts, cooking, board games, musicals, enjoying the nice weather outside, staying in to watch a film on the couch

You: professional, respectful, clean, friendly, basically similar vibes as Raphaelle and Nuvude. They are really lovely and I would want to make sure that we find a great match to live with them!
