Friendly house share, room available in March

We are a happy household of 4, looking for the 5th housemate to join us. We have a cosy room available in our lovely house. Rent is £745 per month, including all bills (council tax, gas/electricity, water, internet, but no TV license so you would have to pay that yourself if you use it), and everyone pays an additional £5 a month to the cleaning kitty. From time to time we chuck in extra for bills, particularly over winter.

· Great natural light in the room and an extra storage cupboard just outside the room.

· Two shared bathrooms.

· Garage for extra storage.

· Shared kitchen/living area.

· Washer dryer.

· Room comes with bed, wardrobe, desk.

· Yearly contract.

· 1 month’s rent deposit.

About Us:
We’re a friendly, respectful, and queer-inclusive household (aged 31 - 37) working in a mix of the creative, charity and climbing sectors. We value open communication, clean shared spaces, and a relaxed home vibe.

Looking For:

· Someone 30+, respectful, responsible, and clean.

· LGBTQ+ friendly, actively anti-racist and anti-ableist, no transphobia, just be a sound and sweet bean.

· No pets (we are not allowed in our contract).

· Ideally someone who enjoys a chat in the kitchen but also respects quiet time.
