Double Room available in friendly flat with good living area often shared.

Bedroom comes fully furnished with wardrobe, drawers, bookshelf, and desk.

Small bathroom across the hall - this is only bedroom on this floor. Bigger bathroom upstairs.

Living area / Kitchen has all appliances and tv. We like to hang out together and use the common space whether watching terrible reality tv or playing mario kart. Relaxed and very comfortable people to be around.

You'll be living with Laura - 28, works in media and event management, Callum - 28, works in a bookshop, and Ellie - 23, works in events.

Very LGBT friendly - 2 lesbians and a gay man - so looking for someone either of the community or regularly interacts with (if that makes sense!)

Great area - cafes, shops, park, pleasance theatre (with lots of comedy events) all within a couple of minutes.

I'm moving out and leaving London but I've absolutely loved living here! I'd highly recommend.

Our contract has just renewed but there is a 6 month break clause though we don't expect to need it. We've been here a year and had no problems. You'd be signing on in place of me. This is the smallest room and pays least rent.
