Huge Loft Double Room with en-suite

Our house is a 4-floored terraced house, with the bedroom located on the loft floor. We have a large garden, a decently sized kitchen, and a big separate lounge-diner.

The room is 30m2 and comes with the wardrobes and bedside tables, the bed (naturally), as well as the en-suite with a shower.

The current flatmates are Nima, Geoff, Rohan, Max and Tim. We are all close friends, and spend a lot of time together as a house. Our other flatmate, who we're equally as close with, is starting his job in early 2026, hence the room being free for these months.

As a heads up, the downstairs floors and bathroom tiles are being redone, the walls are being repainted and the garden is being cleaned up before you move in.

Nima works in the public sector as a researcher, Rohan works in film, Geoff is a teacher, Max works in sales, and Tim is a business manager who’s sold his soul to JP Morgan 🥰

As a house l'd say we're definitely on the social side and spend most evenings hanging out, and we go out quite often together. There'll always be something going on, and we're all very keen on integrating you into our group.

We’re a 5 min walk from Caledonian Road Station, 20 min walks from Archway and Highbury & Islington, and 30 min walk from Camden Town.

Bills, including council tax will likely land somewhere around 120-150 a month.

And we’re all good with smoking, as long as it’s in the garden (a couple of us are smokers).
