Furnished Double Room with Balcony opp. Tube

Double room available from Mon - Fri, less than 1 min walk from Caledonian Road underground station in a secure, well-maintained building.

Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and 1 large and 1 small chest of drawers. Double doors give access to a balcony which runs the length of the flat and can also be accessed from the living room.

All bills and cleaner included, broadband and Sky Q boxes with Sky Sports/Movies and Netflix in bedroom and shared living room (need to bring own TV). Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine.

Room is in a 2 bed flat shared with owner, a professional. I am sociable but also respectful of others' privacy. The ideal housemate would be an easy-going and conscientious individual. The room is available from Monday to Friday but occasional weekends with advance notice negotiable. I don't smoke but no problem with smoking on the balcony.
