Hi! My name is Marc, I’m 29 and looking for a new flatmate to move into a spacious 2-bed, 2-bath flat on Caledonian Road (just a 5-minute walk to Caledonian Road Station).
I’ve been living in the flat around 8 months now, I work as a consultant (wfh 3 days a week). I’m pretty laid back, tidy, and respectful of personal space, but always up for a chat or a little hang, etc. Looking for someone similar – professional, sociable, and easygoing.
The flat is on the ground floor of the building, but on the back (so away from the road) and leads to a gated car park only for tenants of the building. You will have your own private bathroom. Rent is £1,200 + bills (approx. £175).
