Fairly modern flat 5 mins walk away from Caledonian Road station where Piccadilly line operates, you can get to King's Cross in 5 mins. Building has a free, well-equipped gym, a concierge and a small communal grass area. All issues are resolved by in-house maintenance team free of charge, we have gotten our fridge, washing machine and dishwasher replaced in the last 8 months free. Rent is 1300 with bills including council tax being around 120-200 depending on utility usage. Council tax band is E. Landlord is a property management company, so they deal with everything professionally. They require tenants to have an income above 39k per year. I hope I can find someone respectful and communicative who is not keen on hosting lot of events/parties at our place. I am a Chinese-Hungarian guy, pretty friendly I'd say haha and easy-going. Love anything around business, startups, tech, society, politics, basketball, gaming, travelling.
