I'm listing my room as I need to move out due to family reasons and I'm looking for someone to take my tenancy (which end in May with the option to extend) over. The room includes all bills, Wi-Fi and council tax.

It's a huge room within 5 minutes walk of Caledonian Road tube station and 15 minutes from Highbury & Islington so it is amazingly connected to central and east London with the Holloway Road Aldi under a 10 minute walk away.

The room has a private balcony with a great view into Central London and large south facing windows so the room is full of light and air. It comes with a bed and a wardrobe and if the estate agents agree to it I'm happy to leave my desk and chair.

The flat has two bathrooms and a kitchen where the washing machine is as well as an air fryer, microwave and everything else you'd need.

The current flatmates are tidy, quiet will respect your privacy. However they all have busy schedules and lives of their own so I don't see them very often.
