Spacious double bedroom

Looking for someone to take my place after living here for the past 3 years. Our landlady is a sweet Italian grandmother who lives down the road and has always kept rent way lower than value so we have been incredibly lucky. My three roommates are all professionals who are in the office the majority of the week. Everyone gets along great and we all like to socialize together when at home or around dinner time. We keep things quite tidy and usually have a cleaner once a month. Total bills are around 100-115 depending on the time of year.
