Cosy Double Room in a Friendly Household

Hello! We are a friendly household of 4, looking for a fifth flatmate who would take over the lease from one of our housemates who is sadly moving out.

A bit about us:
Sarah - A final year PhD who loves a swim in the Hamstead ponds and having a cosy crafting session whenever she can

Nubia - Works in healthcare project management by day; dances Afro & house by night

Ronan - An infosec sweetheart who would never turn down a boardgames, a dinner party or a cosy movie night

Gabs - Dancer + yoga/pilates gal who vibes with good live music, cafe dates, connecting over delish home cooked meals & moments in nature

We are looking someone nice, friendly and clean to join us! We are always happy to chit chat around the kitchen table but also respectful of eachother spaces!

There is a shared toilet and a kitchen on the ground floor, and another shared full bathroom with shower and bathtub on the top floor. We also have a private garden and a spacious living room on the first floor.

We are a 5 min walk from both Caledonian Road and Holloway road station, and a 20 min walk to Highbury and Islington. We're also a short walk from Aldi, Lidl, Waitrose and Morrisons, Caledonian Park, and lots of great pubs and restaurants on Holloway Road.

Preferable move in date around November 8.

The monthly rent is GBP £729 deposit is GBP £650. We have a cleaner who comes in twice a month for the shared spaces and charges around £25 pp per month. Around £60 pp monthly council tax.
