Double room in House Share

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a lovely room in a friendly 5-bedroom house share. The contact runs until mid-August.

The house is super cozy and centrally located - just a 3 minute walk to Caledonian Road Station (one stop away from King’s Cross!) It’s tucked away from the main road in a private, secluded area, so you get the benefit of being central without the noise.

My flatmates are amazing! I’m so sad to leave them - three lovely, fun girls and one of the kindest guys ever. We often hang out together. Everyone is super respectful and very clean.

All bills are included except gas and electricity.
