Large double room in Islington

*** Hi everyone - I’ve had over 100 messages on here and another 100 on fb so please bear with whilst we review.

We’ve got a huge, bright double room becoming available in our top floor flat in Caledonian Road on the 12th Jan (fyi it’s 4 flights of stairs with no lift). It’s just a 5 min walk from both the tube and the overground. King’s Cross is just one stop away, and Angel/Camden are both nearby.

The flat itself is a bit of a gem. It’s
full of natural light and has two balconies, one out the front with a great view of the city and another round the back with a table and chairs for the summer.

The room:
– Really large double, loads of floor space
– Gets the golden hour sun
– It’s the quietest room in the house
– It comes with a bed/mattress and wardrobe. The other bits of furniture are mine but I’m happy to sell them for a small fee if interested.

The housemates
You’ll be living with three lovely girls, all mid-20s professionals:

Nina: 27, moved to London 3 years ago and embracing canal coffee walks, galleries and searching for new cosy pubs in Islington! From the countryside so love a leafy park, where you’ll find me in the summer with a picnic, but also enjoy an occasional boogie and cocktail! Working in arts fundraising, love running and in a relationship

Niamh: 26, the token northerner of the flat. I enjoy all the classic London activities - pints, coffees, nice food, exploring new areas. Also partial to a dance. I work in human rights law, so although I’m social I’m also busy. I like yoga and running in my spare time.

Harriet: 26, I like a clean calm environment. I work between home and the office as a graphic designer in the festival industry. I’m into running and exploring London areas in my spare time. I’m a big tea lover and enjoy the outside.

We’re friends who get on well and enjoy evenings as a flat when we can, but it would probably be best suited for someone who has a network in London already. We’re all relatively busy and have our own things going on. But hoping to find someone who fits in to the chill cosy vibe at home.
