You'll be sharing with two friendly and respectful female literature professionals.

Close to a Sainsbury's Local, Iceland, Coop, great cafes, pubs, and a gym.

Rent: £800-1000 per month (excl. bills).

Bills: Bills are shared and usually around £25 pp per month (covers WiFi, gas, electricity, water).

This is NOT an informal sublet. The current joint tenancy will be officially ended and replaced with a brand new joint tenancy agreement between the landlord, my two flatmates, and you.
