Hi! I’m looking for a lovely new flatmate (I’m 34F) to join me in my very spacious 1100 sq. ft, 2-bed 2-bath apartment that I’ve been living in — and absolutely loving — for the past two years. My current flatmate is moving back to the US early next year, and because this place has honestly become home for me, I’m hoping to find someone great rather than move out.

The new lease begins 1 February 2026, but the move-in date is flexible — happy to discuss what works best for you.

It’s warm, bright, modern, and fully furnished. The building also has 24/7 concierge, a gym, a mezzanine terrace garden, and bike storage.

Your bedroom comes fully furnished, including:
• a double bed with storage
• study desk + chair
• wardrobe
• chest of drawers
• 2 bedside tables with lamps
• underfloor heating

You’ll also have your own bathroom.

The living room has a comfy sofa-cum-bed for visitors, and the kitchen is equipped with all utensils and white goods (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), plus an in-built washer/dryer and lots of storage.

The area is incredibly convenient:
• 2-min walk to Caledonian Road Station (Piccadilly Line)
• 5-min walk to Caledonian & Barnsbury (Overground)
• 15–20 min walk to Granary Square / Coal Drops Yard / King’s Cross
• Supermarkets, cafés, pubs, and restaurants all within a few minutes

You genuinely don’t come across this kind of spacious, modern living so close to central London.
