My current flatmate is moving back to the US after a 2 year stay.

The living room has a comfy sofa-cum-bed for visitors, and the kitchen is equipped with all utensils and white goods (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), plus an in-built washer/dryer and lots of storage. We also have an egg boiler, coffee machine, air fryer, piano and guitar in the house! And a giant TV :D
