✨ Room in social Islington 3-bed

Hello!
We’re Vanessa and Aileen, and we’re looking for a third person to join our social flat by Caledonian Road. We’re looking for someone that is up to socialise and be a friend, not just a flatmate!
 
⭐️ The room
The room is a small double, with doors to our private garden. It comes with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and there’s space for a desk too.

🏡 The flat
This is a 3-bedroom flat on the lower ground floor. We have a large living room, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and a good-sized garden. You would only share the bathroom with one other flatmate. We take good care of the flat as it’s important it feels homely!

We’re a 4-minute walk from Caledonian Road Station and a 15-minute walk from Caledonian Road & Barnsbury Overground. There are loads of shops and restaurants around as well, plus a great bakery called Bread by Bike 🥐

We are 27 year old professionals who are very social, sporty and love to host.
Aileen works for a climate non-profit, enjoys running and Pilates, loves reading and going charity shopping for a trendy find!
Vanessa is a management consultant and escapes corporate through netball, gymming, and finding cool events and foodie spots across London!

✨ We met through moving into this flat a year ago and have really clicked as friends! We both have our own friendship circles, but have often hosted together and also love hanging out as a flat. So far we have hosted Halloween, craft evenings, a barbecue, cocktail parties, and a lunar new year pot luck.
 
The rent is £922.22 a month with bills coming to around an additional £125 a month incl. council tax.
We are council tax band E.
The deposit is £1133. The letting agents are very responsive and the flat is well tended to.

We are looking for someone who wants to join the friendly, social vibes of our flat! WFH is fine too, as we both work in hybrid jobs. If you think you’d be a good fit, get in touch telling us a bit about yourself ☺️
