Urgent move in for the 1st February

Urgent move in for the 1st February due to last minute dropout.

Unfortunately, we have had a last minute dropout but now there is a lovely room in a 4-bed flat share up for grabs in North London.

Located between Caledonian Road and Highbury and Islington Station, this room is complete with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and room for a desk. Move in date would be the 1st of February. Rent is roughly £990, including all bills.

You would be sharing with Anika (24), Alex (25) and Jamie (24). All lovely girls who have met on gals who rent previously. With a mixture of work from home and office jobs. If you want a social flat but also like to do your own thing, this flat is calm but also loves a good pub/coffee chat.

Due to the last minute reposting, we would like to sort viewings in the next couple of days, with the expectation of passing all information to the landlord by the end of this week.

Unfortunately we are not expecting any students due to council tax sharing.
